Abstract:
Psoralen and isopsoralen are the main effective content in fructus psoraleae. In order to study the relation between pharmacodynamice andpharmacokinetics, micellar fluorometry was used to monitor berberine blood-drug concentration in rabbit for 24 hours, and a series of pharmacodinetics parameters were obtained. Those are Ka =3.225h-1, t1/2(α) = 0.1849h, t1/2 (β) = 10.7065h, T = 0.8200h,AUC = 21.6104 × 10-6 mg· h/L for psoralen,and Ka = 4.4329h- 1, t1/2 (Ka) = 0.156h, t1/2( Ka ) = 2. 1777h, T = 1.0955h, AUC = 7. 2418 × 10-6g· h/mL for isopsoralen.
