Abstract: Objective Study on the clinical application valence of desensitization treatment bronchial asthma and the relationship of inhalation allergen and bronchial asthma.Method Using inhalation allergen,the patients of bronchial asthma were intradermal tested;80 asthmaic patients are randomly divided into 2 groups:1 of 2 desensitization treatment,the second as control group.The therapy endures 8～12 months.Clinical effects are observed.Results 80 cases in 80 cases bronchial asthma test were poisitive (100%);desensitization treatment for 8～12 months can achieve optimal symptom control.Recurrence rate of 2 years in 56 cases desensitization treatment were magnificently lower than control group (χ2=9.95,P<0.01).Conclusion Desensitization treatment is an effective method in the therapy of bronchial asthma.
