Abstract:
Objective To investigate the advantage and disadvantage of three kinds of cesarean section.Methods The 300 cases in primipara were randomly divided into three groups:(1)improved cesarean group(n=100),new cesarean group(n=100),longitudinal incision abdominal post-palace production group(n=100).Comparison of cesarean time in which fetus is delivered,the total operation time,blood loss,time when eating and the first time to get out of bed,anus exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay in three groups.Results Improved group,new group fetus is delivered,the total operation time,time vehen eating and the first time to get out of bed,anus exhaust after hospitalization time and time were lower than the traditional group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Improved new cesarean section had less injury,less bleeding,postoperative recovery faster,thereby reduced the suffering of patients.
