Abstract:
Utilization of molecularly targeted agents has induced various of drug adverse effects which are different from conventional chemotherapy. QT interval prolongation is one of them,it can induce fatal ar-rhythmia. Molecularly targeted agents that can prolong QT interval include histone deacetylase inhibitors, multi-targeted tyrosinc kinase inhibitors, vascular disruption agents,farnesyl protein transferase inhibitors,Src/Abl ki-nase inhibitors and protein kinase C inhibitors.
