Abstract:
The idiotype of the monoclonal immunoglobulin expressed by multiple myeloma provides a tumor-specific antigen. Vaccination with idiotype-pulsed dendritic cells has expansive prospect to eliminate the minimal residual disease, prolong disease-free survival of multiple myeloma patients. It' s application in anti-tumor immunotherapy has become the focus of active and specific immunotherapy of tumors.
