Abstract: Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome MODS (MODS) is the one of the major factors,which causing the death of the severe patients.More and more research proved that there are some relatonship be-tween MODS with the cellular apoptosis and necrosis.In recent years mesenchymal stem cells has been ap-plied to a variety of diseases as seed cells in the field of rehabilitation,and shows the initial effect in treat-ment and research.Through analysis the distribution and division of mesenehymal stem cells in the body,we found it may play an important role in the treatment in the MODS.We reviewed the mechanism of the MSC dealing with the MODS.
