Abstract:
Chronic hepatitis B virus is the most common cause of hepatocellular carcinoma. This article summarizes the pathogenesis of HBV-related carcinogenesis and the viral and host factors that may increase the risk of HCC development. HBV has 40RFs (S,C,P,X). The approach associated with HBV-related hepatocarcinogenesis includes paint mutation, insertion mutation and deletion mutations.
