Abstract:
DPN ( Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy) is one of the most important complications of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, with high rate of mutilation, intractable character, and complicated etiological factors.. Therefore, it is necessary to replicate the animal model with typical characteristics of human DPN. This article reviewed the establishment of DPN animal model in recent years.
