Comparison of treatment between abdominoscope conservative surgical management and laparotomy conservative surgical management for tuba! pregnancy

Abstract: Objective To compare and observe the clinical effects between abdominoscope conservative surgical management and laparotomy conservative surgical management for tubal pregnancy.Methods From January 2007 to January 2008,112 cases of tubal pregnancy patients were randomly classified into two groups,which abdominoscope surgery with 67 cases and abdominal surgery with 45 cases.Results The operation time,body temperaturerecovery time and anus start deflation time in abdominoscope surgery group were significantly shorter than those in abdominal surgery group(P ＜ 0.05).The tubal patency rates and 1 year conception rates in abdominoscope surgery group were significantly higher than those in abdominal surgery group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Abdominoscope conservative surgical management treated tubal pregnancy is the best choice for those with breed requirement,which insult is small,bleeding amount is few,length of stay is short and recovery is quick.
