Observation on 68 Cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis due to Obstruction of Dampness-heat Treated with DaQinJiao Decoction

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of treating rheumatoid arthritis due caused by obstruction of dampness-heat with DaQinJiao decoction. Methods 68 cases with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antimalarial drugs, methotrexate and gold preparation, while the treatment group was treated with DaQinJiao decoction. Compared the therapeutic between the two groups after the treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.2% and 64.7% respectively, showing significant difference (P<0.05) . Conclusion It has obvious effects to treat rheumatoid arthritis with DaQinJiao decoction.
