Abstract: This article reviewed many different opinions on teeth-marked tongue, and made a discuss on the differentiation of symptoms and signs based on clinical practice. We consider that the teeth-marked tongue indicates the diseases that are caused by pathogenic dampness, while the correlation between such diseases and spleen deficiency still needs study.
