Abstract: To compare the effect of insulin glargine combined with nateglinide and continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) during intraoperative period in type 2 diabetic patients with fracture. Both of the managements made blood glucose under control [fasting blood glucose(6.89±1.96)vs(6.75±2.33)mmol/L] in similar period [(3.6±1.6)vs(2.9±1.2) d,both P>0.05]. The mean blood glucose was lower in patients treated by CSII than that of the other group.
