Influence of nursing intervention on rehaemorrhagia and prognosis of patients with clipping intracranial aneurysm

Abstract: Objective To know the influence of intervention on rehaemorrhagia and prognosis of patients with clipping intraerania]aneurysn. Methods Divided 168 patients with clipping intracranial a-neurysm into the observation group (86 cases) and the control group (82 cases) randomly. Perioperative nursing of prospectivity was used in the observation group, while routine nursing cares was used in the con-trol group. Compared the GOS scores and condition of rehaemorrhagia. Results The incidence rate of rehaemorrhagia, cerebral angiospasm, dead and electrolyte disturbances in the observation group was significant lower than those of in the control group, there were 79.1% patients in the observation group had occurred proper rehabilitation, the radio in the control group was 63.4%, the difference was signifi-cant. Conclusions Perioperative nursing of prospectivity can effective avoid certain postoperative com-plicatioas, and then ameliorate the prognosis of patients.
