Abstract:
Unmethylated CpG motif containing oligodeoxynucleotide(CpG ODN) can induce secretion of dendritic cells,and thus presents antigens efficiently,increases expression of costimulatory molecules,causes innate immunity response and adaptive immunity response,then plays anti-tumor roles.
