Abstract: Objective Explore the impact of maintenance hemodialysis patients with treatment compliance of the relevant factors.Methods clinical data of our hospital from January 2006 to December 2008 120 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the factors of affecting compliance were carried out with the single factor analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Result 120 patients with good drug compliance ih 50 cases,41.6%;X~2 single factor analysis of a total of nine selected factors that affect compliance,logistic regression analysis selected hemodialysis poor awareness of knowledge,a monthly income of less time for the initial stage of dialysis,family social support is poor compliance with an independent risk factor.Conclusion Hemodialysis patients with low compliance,depending on many factors,the above-mentioned factors should take effective measures to improve their compliance.
