Abstract:
With the development of endocrine drugs,neoadjuvant endocrine therapy becomes the hotspot of the research on breast cancer.A lot of studies have proved that neoadjuvant endocrine therapy can degrade the tumor staging,increase the local control rate and breast-conserving rotes.And the therapeutic effect of the third generation aromatase inhibitor is superior to that of tamoxifen.
