Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of health education and psychological nursing on prevention of bladder cancer recrudesce.Methods 168 cases of patients suffered from bladder cancer were divided separately into 86 cases as the observation group and 82 cases as the control group at random.The observation group was given surgery and routine treatment as well as health education and psychological nursing intervention.The control group received only surgery and routine treatment.The SAS and SDS were applied to measure psychological situation of the patients of the two groups and rate of bladder cancer recrudesce was also compared after taking health education and psychological intervention.Results The anxiety and depression score were lower,the recrudesce rate of tumor was decreased in the observation group than the control group.Conclusions Health education and psychological nursing can eliminate psychological barrier of the bladder cancer patients suffered from anxiety and depression,in-tensify the treatment confidence,improve recovery,increase living quality and prevent tumor recrudesce.
