Clinical observation on the treatment of 60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris with Xianping Pill and Diyin Pill

Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris with Xianping Pills. Methods 120 patients of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly recruited into a experimental group (60 cases) and a control group (60 eases). The experimental group was treated with Diyin tablets (12 tablets per day) and the Xianping pill (18g per day) ; while the control group was treated with the Diyin Tablet (12 tablets per day) exclusively. Results The effective rate at the four weeks' treatment was 91.67% and 71.66% in the experimental group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference (χ~2=5,667, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris with Xianping Pills and Diyin Tablet is better than with Diyin Tablet only.
