Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze and sum up treatment of paraquat intoxication. MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 8 cases of paraquat intoxication. ResultOf the total number,2 cases abandoned treament, 1 case died,5 cases survived,of survival rate is 62. 5%. ConclusionWe take measures as early as possible, such as gastrolavaging completely, stomach intestine adsorbing, catharsis, continious blood purification and apply a large dose of xuebijing and hormone, thus can improve the survival rate of paraquat intoxication.
