Abstract:
Objective To probe into the effect of nursing intervention on patients complicated with venous thrombosis after craniotomy. Methods From January 2008 to December 2009 42 patients complicated with venous thrombosis after craniotomy were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 21 patients in each. Two groups were treated with the conventional drugs and postoperative care, and the intervention group was, on the basis of the same care, offered systematic nursing intervention, and the indicators such as the clinical efficacy and GCS score of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the cure rate and total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly improved, but the inefficiency was significantly reduced, and the GCS score was significantly increased, the differences had statistical significance. Conclusions Nursing intervention plays a key role on the prognosis and functional recovery of patients complicated with venous thrombosis after brain surgery. It is an indispensable auxiliary therapy for these patients.
