Clinical observation on the treatment of 86 cases of myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease with self-designed prescription of Junanyi

Abstract: Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of treating myocardial ischemia in CHD with Junanyin. Methods All patients with myocardial ischemia in CHD were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group,with 43 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with Junanyin, one dose daily, on the basis of conventional treatment; while the control group was treated with Huoxuezhuyu decoction on on the basis of conventional treatment, one dose daily. The results were compared after 8 weeks. Results The outstanding cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were both statically better than the control group, with (χ2=9.53, P＜0.05) and (χ2=19.5, P＜0.05)respecitvely. Conclusion Junanyin was effective to treat myocardial ischemia in CHD.
