Abstract:
Objective To determine the content of L-carnitine injection with HPLC method. Methods Content L-carritine was measured by Diamonsil C18 (200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column,heptane sodium-phosphate Results L-carnitine in the range of 200-2000 ng had a good linear relationship (r=0.9998),the average recovery rate was 97.88%,RSD 1.07%. Conclusion This method was rapid,accurate,and can be used for determination of Lcarnitine by HPLC.
