Clinical analysis of laparoscopy in treatment of elderly patients with cholelithiasis

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy in treatment of elderly patients with cholelithiasis. Method The clinical data of 120 elderly patients with cholelithiasis were retrospectively analyzed,which were divided into observation group and control group. Result The operation time, hemorrhage amount of operations,length of stay and recurrence rate after operation of the observation group were lower than that of the control group, and the stone clearance rate in the observation group had significantly higher than that of the control group ,the difference was statistical significance( all P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of laparoscopy in treatment of elderly patients with cholelithiasis was good.
