Abstract: Cell motility and chemotaxis can make important contributions to metastatic cascade. Cell motility is needed in these processes, which is driven by cycles of actin polymerization, cell adhesion and actomyosin contraction. Coordinated regulation of actin and action of dynamics would regulate metastasis and metastatic progression, reducing dissemination of tumor cells, which is very important in this process.
