Abstract: This study discussed the dual affiliated institutions of one author in a scientific paper.This issue could give rise to troubles such as the dispute over signature rights, dispute over intellectual property rights, etc. Moreover, it could bring negative effects on the development of science. In addition, some suggestions were put forward to deal with this issue.
