Abstract:
Heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) is an important small molecular of heat shock protein. It is extremely intimated with carcinoma and it is connected with carcinoma cell drug resistance, radiosensitivity, prognosis of tumor patient. A brief of HSP27 with all of them were reviewed.
