Abstract:
Tendon cutting in hand is common. The tendoplasty of hand flexor tendon cutting was difficult procedure, especially the open of tendon without causing the vascular lesions or damage of tendon head. During 4-12/2000, the Saint Paul hospital implemented the tendoplasty of hand flexor tendon cutting for 12 patients with 20 tendons. The operation had a good results, there was no relapse cutting. All moved after 24 hours of operation with painless. The average duration of operation was 15 minutes for a tendon.
