- Abstract: Fracture of the penis a rare condition, properly defined as a tear of the fibrous sheath of the corpora cavernosa occurred by direct blow or bending of the penis during erection. Its characteristic pathology is a tear in the tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa with hemorrhage, hematoma formation and distortion of the organ. Herein we reported a case of fracture of the penis, occurred by rolling in bed during erection in 26 years old man and repaired surgically.
