Abstract:
Five complexes of cis- dichloro (Morpholine) (amine) platinum (II) including [Pt(morpholine). (a-naphthylamine)Cl2], [Pl(morphiline)(p-phenetidine)Cl2] have been prepared. The structure of the complexes have been determined on the basis of elemental analysis, molar conductivity measurement, IR and Raman spectral studies. The compounds were tested for biological activity and found to be capable of inhibiting the growth of human two cancers.
