Abstract:
This article is dedicated to present a comprehensive review on the latest progress and future trends in developing detection methods of CTCs and cancer biomarkers. The article especially analyzes the methods to isolate, quantify and detect cancer cells via their distinctively different physical properties. The advantages and disadvantages of different detection approaches are also evaluated. The target towards cancer early detection was discussed. The important direction for developing comprehensive multi-mode detection method was emphasized.
