Abstract: Ectopic tooth is a common problem reported in clinics. Ectopic tooth generally occurs around its primary position, and long-distance displacement is rare. A case of ectopic maxillary premolar in palatal suture with a supernumerary tooth in the mentum region was reported in this study, and the relevant literature is presented in this paper.
