Abstract:
OBJECTIVETo analyze the transformation of lipo-alkaloids in the Kusnezoff Monkshood root under high temperature and pressure.
METHODHigh temperature and pressure was applied to extract alkaloids in Kusnezoff Monkshood Root, and ESI-MS was adopted to detect the unprocessed and the processed lipo-alkaloids.
RESULTThe lipo-alkaloids were decomposed under high temperature and pressure, also produced the corresponding hydrolyzing alkaloids.
CONCLUSIONThe information of molecular ion of the components and decomposed ones can be acquired conveniently and quickly by applying ESI-MS and the types of alkaloids coming from the decomposed lipo-alkaloids can be indentified intuitionisticly, also can provide new way for researching the mutual transformation of all types of alkaloids.
