Abstract:
170 patients with the urinary stone (male: 81) in the Hue Medical College were treated by stone disintegration with MZ. ESWL VI. The machine operation based on principles of electromagnetic waves. Its advantages were a system of position identification by both ultrasound and X-ray. The efficacy of the treatment was good. It should put sonde in the urinary tract before disintegration for stone with diameter more 2cm. The complications after disintegration included fever, blood urination and renal severe pain. But they were not common and serious
