Coinfection of HCV with HBV, HIV in some population groups in Hai Phong.

Abstract:
Randomly selected subjects to find anti-HCV, anti-HIV, HBsAg by ELISA technique. Results: the coinfection of HCV/HBV was 23% at group of patients with viral hepatitis, 22% in group of prisoners, 0% in group of venereal disease, normal people in urban areas, people lived in coastline and in islands. Coinfections of HBV/HCV were 47% at group of patients with viral hepatitis, 6% in prisoners. 0% in group of venereal diseases, normal people in urban areas, people lived in islands. Coinfections HIV/HCV was 93% at group of intravenous drug abuse, 25% at group of prostitute, 18% at group of patients with viral hepatitis, 0% at group of venereal diseases and normal people in urban areas, people lived in islands. Coinfection of all 3 viruses was 2,3% in patients with viral hepatitis
