Abstract:
OBJECTIVETo search pharmacody namic active extracts of Dicliptera chinensis for protecting liver.
METHODRats cute liver injury model was induced by CCl4 to screen the liver protection of four different fraction extracted from an ethanol extract of D. chinensis.
RESULTThe n-butanol fraction and water fraction can prevent the increase of the ALT, AST and MDA (P < 0.01, P < 0. 05), and increase the SOD compared to the normal groups (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe results show that the pharmacody namic active extracts of D. chinensis are the n-butanol and water fractions.
