Abstract:
OBJECTIVETo improve the rapid propagation system of Pinellia ternata.
METHODDocumentaries at home and abroad were consulted.
RESULTThe tissue culture's conditions and research results of P. ternata were summarized.
CONCLUSIONAdvanced research on the structure of calli and litter tubercle should be made. Traditional rapid propagation system may be improved from the following aspects: the best cooperation of hormones, the most active ex-plant, one time culture and suitable transplant.
