Efficacy of immunotherapy through levels of IgE, IgG, IgA and IgM in patients with allergic rhinitis.

Abstract:
Allergic rhinitis is a common chronic disease due to disturbing the immuno- response of the body. This research investigated in 80 patients with the allergic rhinitis due to house dust treated by immuno-therapy during 6 months. The result shows that body sensitivity to allergen has decreased. In addition, the level of IgE decreased and the concentrations of IgG and IgA have significantly increased. There was no significant change in the level of IgM.
