Abstract:
OBJECTIVETo identify dihydroflavonol glycoside isomers in Smilax glabra.
METHODThe sample was analyzed by HPLC-MS in combination with HPLC-1H-NMR.
RESULTFour dihydroflavonol glycoside isomers were identified as astilbin, neoastilbin, isoastilbin, neoisoastilbin.
CONCLUSIONThe method is simple and rapid for the identification of dihydroflavonol glycosides in S. glabra.
