Abstract:
35 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis-induced nephrotic syndrome without renal failure at B¹ch Mai Hospital between April and July 2000 were involved in this study. There were 22 males and 13 females with ages from 16 to 50 years. Results: 85.7% of patients have elevated fibrinogen levels. 60% have increased in platelet counts. Platelet aggregation with ADP boosted in 48.57%. There was positive correlation between blood fibrinogen level with blood cholesterol level and 24-hour urinary protein. Platelet aggregation activity increased with decrease in blood albumin level
