Abstract:
The cause of Maxillar alveolo prognathism is mainly identified as locally caused by bad habit since childhood, taking 60% of the global number of cases. Therefore the dental survey program in school activities directed by Hanoi Institute of odonto stomatology and maxillo facial surgery has largely contributed to the elimination of these virulent etiology and causality. The main clinical manifestations of the maxillar alveolo dental prognathism are centred in the veranda like promince (pent- roof appearance) of frontal group of incisive teeth (sometimes of canines/premolairs are well). The main quality highlighting this therapeutic procedure may be resumed in these few words: This is the simplest therapeutic method that could be used in every basic odonto- stomatological network throughout the whole country with fortunately corresponding modest, lowest cost perspective
