Abstract:
262 children aged from 6 to 14 were randomly divided into 4 groups receiving different subcutaneous doses of Japanese encephalitis (JE) vaccine: 1 ml, 0.75ml, 0.5ml, or an intradermal dose of 0.1 ml. After primary vaccineation of 2 doses, sufficient protective immune response has been observed in all 4 groups, and GMT values rise after the booster dose. No significant statistical difference in sero-conversion rate was shown in the 4 groups
