Abstract:
OBJECTIVETo study the perioperative nursing the benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) patients with diabetes mellitus.
METHODSThe nursing and treatment of 126 BPH patients with diabetes mellitus were investigated.
RESULTSSatisfactory nursing effect was seen in 122 of the patients, and postoperative improvement was significantly associated with post-void residual urine volume and urine flow in the 122 patients.
CONCLUSIONSPerioperative nursing lays an important base for successful operation and ensures curative effect of BPH patients with diabetes mellitus.
