Abstract:
Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) is a rare systemic necrotizing vasculitis, primarily affecting the upper and lower respiratory tracts, and kidney. Neurologic manifestations come later in one-third to one-half of cases, and usually take the forms of a peripheral neuropathy or multiple cranial neuropathies. Herein, we report a case with a "limited" form of WG which presented with cerebral and oculorhinal manifestations without renal and pulmonary involvement.
