Abstract:
When compared with the conventional CT, the multi-slice spiral CT has an array of prominent features such as better spatial resolution, shorter examination time and higher acquisition speed, so that accurate measurement and strong image postprocessing can be performed. It can not only diagnose coronary artery and great vessels diseases, but also evaluate the heart function basing on the rich information therein provided by MSCT. In recent years, it has been widely used in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.
