Abstract:
In the past 6 years, 28 cases of difficult intubations were performed at our Institute. The range of age is from 1 month to the elder by the distribution of patients as follows: - 25 patients with large tumor inside the oral cavity- 25 patients with TMJ ankyloses. -1 patient with genio cervical connective burning scar. The technique of intubation are: awaking intubation through the nose and mouth at the prone position and the front position with maximum upside head. The result showed that the technique is quick and good effectiveness and no complications
