Abstract:
In patients with cleft palate, ear disease and hearing loss have long been recognized as common problems. In this report, otitis media with effusion and atelectasis were presented at otoscopy and tympanoplasty in 76.4% of 170 infants and children with cleft palate. This rate changes by age and there is not big different between male and female
