Abstract:
Lymphomas presenting as tumorous masses which bear an immature T-cell phenotype generally have been classified as lymphcblastic lymphomas and those bearing a mature T-cell phenotype(i. e., excluding mycosis fungoides or cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) have been grouped together as peripheral T-cell lymphoma(PTCI.). This category of non-Hodgkin,s lymphoma(NHL) exhibts diverse morphological, immunological, and clinical characteristics and is generally considered to be a high-grade malignancy. We report a case of PTCL in a 29-year-old male patient who presented with a large erythematous mass on the left chest ard generalized multiple erythematous plaques.
