- Abstract: Wilms's tumor is a malignant renal parenchymal neoplasm. This tumor is most frequently discovered by palpable abdominal mass, while only total gross hematuria is not common in subjective symptom. We have experienced a four year-old girl complaining total gross hematuria and could not define preoperative diagnosis by clinical, radiological and laboratory findings. After operation, Wilms's tumor was confirmed on pathology.
