Abstract:
A 29-year-old man involved in a minor road traffic accident developed visual loss in right eye. On ophthalmological examination he had multiple exudates and edema at the posterior pole of right eye. We present the earlyangiographic findings and the late sequelar, and then suggest that total clinical picture may be purtscher's retinopathy caused by rapid of arterial and venous pressure leading to vascular damage in the nerve fiber layer.
