Abstract:
We treated 22 intraabdominal undescended testis with Fowler-Stephens method and autotranplantation which could not be performed by conventional orchiopexy. The age distribution varies from 3 to 23 and the numbers of bilateral cryptorchid testis were 8. The results were evaluated by comparing testicular size before and after operation using orchidometry in out-patient department. The testicular atrophy was not found in 13 of 19 testis which were performed by autotranplantation were atrophied.
